What we do
ART AND GRAPHIC DESIGN TRAINING
SUPPORT/GUIDANCE WITH PROFESSIONAL LIFE
3D ANIMATION AND VISUAL EFFECTS
We provide young adults on the Autism Spectrum with customized instruction
and hands on experience to earn a living in the fields of multi-media, computer animation and post production. We offer private tutoring, small group instruction, for teens with autism interested in exploring careers in the digital arts.
People with autism tend to be unusually strong visual and spatial thinkers. We offer customized instruction in art and graphic design to help them develop life skills that will enhance their innate abilities, which will also help them to achieve educational and career goals.
Despite bringing a great many strengths to the work place, eg punctuality, reliability and dedication, people with Asperger syndrome may find it hard to know how to sell themselves in job applications or to know the information that a potential employer is looking for. We offer careers advise to help to understand the process and the steps needed.
PUBLIC SERVICE & CULTURAL EVENTS
PROJECT ON PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
We promote the inclusion of individuals with Asperger Syndrome in competitive employment. Our program offers a crucial bridge between high school and meaningful employment by building on the strengths of these individuals. Working with employers to implement successful workplace strategies for employing people with Asperger Syndrome is our top priority. We will work with all involved to ensure our program’s success.
Personal development in our training program is the means by which all ASD individuals are supported in their spiritual, moral, physical, emotional, cultural and intellectual development according to their needs. We propose an effective curriculum that supports personal development contributing to the following outcomes:
enjoy and achieve
make a positive contribution
achieve economic wellbeing.
The purpose of offering this space open to the public is to allow cultural exchange and social interaction between Asperger individuals and typical people. This is an opportunity for Asperger individuals to have real time social exchanges with the world, by creating events that will attract all people interested in a cultural exchange and meeting new people.
